Find the risk.
    Build the case to act.

A construction-backed technology startup needed a working product that could find financial and contractual risk in real project data. IgniteIQ served as its embedded product and engineering team, from MVP through V1.

    The evidence existed.
    The risk stayed buried.

Contracts, change orders, correspondence and field documentation held signs of overages, deviations and delays. Without a systematic way to find them, project teams often discovered issues after they had become disputes or losses.

Collections and negotiations also depended on organized evidence. The startup had access to live project data through its construction-industry parent, but needed to build the product and engineering capability from scratch.

    From a risk flag
    to a course of action.

    • Designed and shipped the MVP, followed by V1 of the risk-intelligence platform.
    • Built analysis of project data to surface financial and contractual risks early.
    • Added mitigation planning with a recommended course of action for identified risks.
    • Built evidence generation for collections, overages and contract deviations.
    • Implemented the system on three live construction projects, with a fourth rollout underway at reporting.

    A working product.
    Evidence project teams can use.

    Earlier risk review

Teams surfaced risk on live projects with mitigation plans attached.

    Better-supported claims

Organized project evidence gave teams stronger footing in collections and disputes.

    A product in the market

The startup moved from concept to a working platform with an embedded product and engineering team.
